Hangzhou Hongda Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in Tangxi Town of Yuhang District in the north of Hangzhou City. The company occupies floor area more than 30,000 square meters, building area more than 10,000 square meters. It has two cast steel workshops and one metalworking workshop. Number of employees is 220, therein 22 are managers and personnel with medium and high-grade professional titles, 16 are inspectors.
Cast steel making originated in 1993. The main products are high quality carbon cast steel and low alloy cast steel. The capacity of castings, mainly half gear ring, diaphragm housing ring, bearing pedestal, bushing, belting and frame, etc. is 18,000 tons annually. The largest casting has 50 tons. Producing technology is water glass sand CO2 hardening. The company has one basic electric arc furnace and several medium frequency furnaces (3T).
The metalworking workshop has the capacity for rough machining castings.
The company has the capacity of chemical analysis and test of mechanical property.
The company has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, which guarantees the effective quality control in the whole production process.
The company has gained certificates from GL, BV, ABS, CCS.
